How do I order a dress?

Contact us to set up a consultation at our North Vancouver Studio patty~at~puremagnolia~dot~ca or 778 552 6174 . You can also buy our dresses online through out Etsy Shop here, or through select retailers (coming Spring 2013). If you do not live in Vancouver or will not be traveling into town, the consultation can be done via email, phone or Etsy.

I dont live in Vancouver, can I still buy a dress?

Definitely. You will need to go have your measurements taken at a professional seamstress. We will make any of our dresses to fit your measurements. You may need to do a few little alterations when you get the dress in case you lost or gained weight.

How long does it take to make a dress?

It takes a minimum of 2 months for us to make a customized dress. It can take up to 5 or 6 months depending on the complexity of the design and fit. We don’t charge any extra for rush orders of more than 2 months. Fittings, and alterations  are included in our prices.

My wedding is in less than 2 months, could I still get a dress?

YES! There are also a few dresses in the collection that can be made quickly depending on what fabrics we have in stock. We have many samples in a range of sizes at the studio. Most of the samples are for sale, and some are available for rental for Vancouver brides.

I like more than one dress! Can we mix them together?

Yep! We can customize any dress. Of course we do know what works best together, so we hope that you will consider our expert opinions when designing a custom dress.

What is the price range of your dresses?

Our regular collection dresses start at $1200 for long dresses and $450 for short dresses. Our prices top out at about $3000.

The dress that I love is out of my budget, how can I get my dream dress to fit my budget?

We do our very best to get every bride their dream dress! We have many options from renting your dress ($400-$700) or buying the sample. We also have different fabrics that we can use to change the prices. Most dresses have a range of $100-$300 flex in the price when you change the fabric.

Can I buy a sample or rent a dress?

YES! We love selling and renting our samples. Even if they are brand new, we just like to keep the flow going. Plus it is a great way to get your dream dress to fit in your budget. Sizes are limited, mostly between 6-10, but they can usually be altered to fit anywhere between a 0-12 depending on the dress. Our sample and rental prices include taxes and  alterations, and for rentals, cleaning when you bring it back.

What are the prices for your bridesmaid dresses or flower girl dresses?

Bridesmaids dresses start at about $300 and go to $450. They are made with the same high quality silks and cottons that our wedding dresses are made from. The larger the group the more discounts you can get on these dresses. Please order at least 3 months before the wedding. Flower girl dresses range from $50-$100 and are custom designed to coordinate with the whole bridal party.

Can you remake my moms dress or a sample dress?

YES! We love to remake and redesign old dresses. The best part of being eco friendly is recycling. The pricing for this is on a case by case basis.

Where are the dresses made?

Most of the dresses are made right in our North Vancouver studio! We do have a few talented home sewers that work in North Vancouver as well.
